Refund Policy

Inspira ED is committed to providing quality educational recruitment services to students seeking a variety of educational courses in Dubai. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted and aimed specifically at protecting both the agency and the students.

1. General Terms

This policy applies to all services provided by Inspira ED, including but not limited to course enrollment, visa assistance, accommodation arrangements, and other related services.
By making a payment, students and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

If a student’s visa application is rejected after payment has been received, a full refund will be granted for tuition fees, excluding any non-refundable fees, such as enrollment fees, non-refundable deposits (related to offers or promotions), bank fees, courier fees, visa fees, administrative fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is defined as a request made prior to the course start date as specified in the initial offer letter. Refund requests must be sent via email to the assigned Inspira ED advisor.
Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
Refunds can be remitted through bank transfer, however a 2% transfer fee, and any other bank fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Student visas will be cancelled if student(s) cancel their programme or request a refund.

4. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

For accommodation cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before arrival, a fee equal to 1 week of accommodation will be charged.
For cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before arrival, a fee equal to 2 weeks of accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations after check-in will be charged based on the number of weeks stayed, with a minimum charge equivalent to 2 weeks of accommodation.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal is defined as the termination of a course after it has commenced. Students must provide written notification to the Inspira ED office to manage any relevant visa cancellations and to ensure proper notice is given.
Students who withdraw after the commencement of their course are not eligible for any tuition refunds.

6. Processing of Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed within 60 calendar days from the date of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

7. Changes to the Policy

Inspira ED reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to review this policy periodically for updates.
